| 摘 要： | 滥用或非法使用兽药及违禁药品，造成畜产品兽药残留，危害人体健康。为控制兽药残留，保证畜产品安全和畜牧业健康发展，必须按兽药使用准则规范使用兽药，实行兽药专营制度和凭兽医处方购药用药制度，建立畜禽用药档案和有效的兽药残留检测监督制度。
