| 摘 要： | 以辽宁地区某猪场猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)发病猪病料为材料,采用RT-PCR方法特异性扩增编码猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)N蛋白基因全长cDNA,结果表明,该分离株N基因cDNA编码区长372bp,可编码123个氨基酸残基,与美洲型代表株VR-2332、欧洲型代表株LV进行同源性比较,核苷酸同源性分别为92.2%和27.2%,推测该辽宁分离株属于美洲型。
