鸡病毒性关节炎病毒（AVAV）的分离与鉴定

用ＳＰＦ鸡胚细胞培养，从临床上呈现类似鸡病毒性关节炎症状病鸡的趾屈肌组织中分离出一株病毒，电镜观察，病毒直径约为７５ｎｍ，无囊膜，呈六边形，双层衣壳，理化检查，病毒对５－氟脱氧尿核苷、ｐＨ５．０和乙醚耐受，胰蛋白酶对病毒感染价无影响；核酸电泳分析，病毒由１０个核酸片段组成，呈３－３－１－３分布；血清学试验，该病毒与ＡＶＡＶＳ＿（１１３３）株呈交叉反应。上述检查结果表明分离的病毒为鸡病毒性关节炎病毒，结合现场病鸡的临床症状和双份血清抗体检测结果，认定该鸡场此次发生的传染病为鸡病毒性关节炎。

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF AVIAN VIRAL ARTHRITIS VIRUS (AVAV)

A virus strain was isolated from the tendon tissues of the disearse broilers with the symptons of arthritis and tenosynovitis by SPF chicken embryo cells. The virus was about 75nm in diameter and not enveloped or contain-ing liqid,and appeared six-side shape.The virus was not sensititive to FUDR,pH5.0,ether and 0.5%trypsin .the viral genome consisted of 10 segments which may be seperated three size classes and distributed as 3-3-1-3type by SDS-PAGE.the virus had interactivities to AVAV S_(1133) strain by EIA,it concluded that the isolated viruswas avian viral arthritis virus(AVAV).Combining the clinical symptons of cases with the results of double seratest ,we believed that the infectious disease which was found in the farm was avian viral arthritis.
