| 摘 要： | 社会林业的４个主要本质特性是生产性、生产发展和自然资源利用的永续性、利益分配的公平性以及群众的参与性。只有这４条都做到了，社会林业才能使群众的社会、经济状况不断改善，使生态环境得到保护。
