利用AFLP分子标记对广西荔枝优稀种质遗传多样性及分类研究

摘    要:选用7对引物组合EcoR I AAG Mse I CAC、EcoR I AAC Mse I CAA等对27份荔枝材料进行多样性分析,共得到扩增位点392个,平均每对引物组合扩增位点56,多态性比例达100%,区分率100%。通过UPGMA进行聚类分析,根据相似系数0.61的水平可将27份荔枝种质材料(品种)分为7组,供试品种多态性比例介于19.51%~45.12%间,这一结论与形态学分类基本相符。

Abstract:Genetic diversity among 27 litchi varieties were studied using seven pairs of primer combinations such as EcoR I AAG Mse I CAC,EcoR I AAC Mse I CAA AFLP analysis.A total of 392 DNA fragments were scored among all materials,averaging 56 for each primer combination,of which,392(100 %) bands were polymorphic,100 % dividing rate with the cluster analysis of using unweighted Pair Group Method(UPGMA) and 0.61 similar coefficient showed that the 27 litchi varieties could be classified into seven distinct clusters,polymorphic proportion was 19.51 %-45.12 %,the conclusion was assimilate to morphological classifying.
