| 摘 要： | 汽车玻璃升降的可靠性是汽车驾乘舒适性和汽车防盗安全的重要影响因素。本文通过研究绳轮式玻璃升降系统的工作原理,结合市场反馈的故障模式,详细分析了绳轮式玻璃升降器失效的原因,并提出具体改进措施。经可靠性试验要求,取得了良好效果,提高了绳轮式玻璃升降器可靠性,为以后绳轮式玻璃升降器开发提供设计依据。

| Abstract: | Reliability of auto glass regulator is the important influencing factor of automobile ride comfort and automobile anti- theft security. In this paper, through studying the principle of rope-wheel glass regulator system, combining with the market feedback failure mode, the reasons of rope-wheel glass regulator failure are analyzed in details, and specific improvement measures are put forward. After reliability test, good effect is obtained, the rope-wheel glass regulator reliability is improved, design basis is provided for the development of rope-wheel glass regulator. |
