月季不同生长发育时期叶片同工酶谱的变化

摘    要:研究了月季不同生长发育时期叶片中可溶性蛋白质、过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶酶谱的变化。结果表明,同工酶谱是随生长发育的进程而变化的,并说明在测定植物的生理活动时应选择谱带最稳定,而且最具表徵性的功能叶作为测试材料,才能得到最可靠的资料。

Abstract:A study on the electropherogram changes of soluble protein, peroxidase isozymes and esterase isozymes in the leaf blades of Rosa Chinensis in different developing stages was conducted.The results showed that the electropherogram was changing with the plant growing, and it was also indicated that when the physiological activities are determined, the functional leaf blades with the most stable electropherogram belts and the typical representative should be chosen as the test materials so as to gain the most reliable data.
