河西地区制种玉米值得重视的弯孢霉叶斑病检测技术研究

摘    要:经采用田间调查、室内病原分离、致病性测定、种子带菌检测相结合方法,对河西地区玉米弯孢霉叶斑病进行系统检测。结果表明:河西地区玉米制种区弯孢霉叶斑病主要是由优势种新月弯孢霉Curvularia lunata引起,人工接种条件下玉米自交系、杂交种品种均表现为感病,症状特点较为典型,发病率低。且种子表面和内部均可带菌,但带菌率较低。并提出加强检疫和疫情监测、种子引进及包衣质量管理、化学防治相结合的防治建议,为保证河西地区玉米种子的质量,生产上应加强监测。

Abstract:By investigating in field, the pathogen isolating, physiological testing and seed health testing, maize curvalaria leaf spot in Hexi area was inspected. The results showed that maize curvalaria leaf spot in Hexi area was caused by the main stain Curvularia lunata. Maize inbred line and hybrid were all infected easily by artificial inoculation technology. The symptom was typical, but the incidence was low. There were fungi in or on seed and the seed-borne fungi was low. Therefore, it suggested that the disease was controlled by quarantining, seed bringing, seed coating quality, chemical method and so on. It should be inspected during the whole production for seed quality.
