论我国法治文化的现状与构建

胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中提出弘扬法治精神,树立社会主义法治理念,这就为今后我国建设中国特色社会主义法治文化指明了方向和着力点。本文从法治文化的基本范畴入手,分析了我国法治文化的现状,并提出了构建我国法治文化的途径。
