巴彦淖尔盟乌拉特后旗山羊乳及乳制品中乳杆菌的分离鉴定及其生物学特性的研究

摘    要:本项研究从内蒙古巴彦淖尔盟乌拉特后旗4个苏木即:朝格温都尔苏木,巴彦温都尔苏木,乌力吉苏木和那仁布拉格苏木的牧民家庭采集稀奶油,新鲜山羊奶及发酵山羊奶中分离到乳杆菌11株,经过对其生物学特性的鉴定,有植物乳杆菌(L.plantarum)6株,瑞士乳杆菌(L.helevticus)3株,弯曲乳杆菌(L.curvatus),干酪乳杆菌(L.casei)各1株。

Abstract:The lactic acid bacteria were isolated from fresh goat milk and milk products, which collected from four towns in Bayannaoer league of Inner Mongolia and their biological properties were studied 11strains were isolated,among them 6 strains were L.plantarum,3 strains were L.helveticus,1 strain was L.curratus, another was L.casei.
