摘    要:在春、夏、秋、冬4个季节通过对构树苗木不同部位截断、抹芽及喷施5种不同浓度植物生长调节剂进行田间干扰试验,旨在探明不同干扰方式对构树苗木芽种群数量的影响.结果表明,物理干扰和化学干扰均能刺激构树芽萌发;在物理干扰条件下芽种群增量的季节变化差异显著,表现为春季芽种群增量最大,为43个;在1年4个季节中,通过去顶芽获得的芽种群增量最大.不同浓度的化学干扰对芽种群增量的影响差异显著,3种生长素促进萌芽的效应依次为6-BAGA3KT,3种生长素促进萌芽的适宜浓度分别为50,80和50μg.L-1,芽增量分别为50个,31个及24个.因此,春季去顶芽的物理干扰和喷施50μg.L-1 6-BA的化学干扰2种方式可以刺激构树芽的大量萌发并生长发育成萌枝,对退化喀斯特植被的早期恢复有促进作用.

Abstract:The effects of different interference methods on bud population amount of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings were studied by cutting off different parts,erasing redundant buds and spraying five plant growth regulators of different dilution in four seasons.The results showed that both physical and chemical interference could stimulate Broussonetia papyrifera bud germination.Under physical interference,the bud population increased significantly with season,which reached to the maximum in spring(amount 43).In four seasons,bud population incremental were maximum by smearing rim bud.The effects of different concentration chemical interference on bud population incremental were significant.The positive effects of three plant growth regulators on bud regeneration was in order of 6-BA,GA3,KT,the optimal concentration of each regulator was 50,80 and 50 μg·L-1,the highest bud incremental amount were 50,31 and 24 respectively.Therefore,the methods of physical disturbance(smearing rim bud) and chemical disturbance(spraying 50 μg·L-1 6BA) could stimulate bud germinating of Broussonetia papyrifera and growing into sprouting,so this could promote the early recovery of degraded karst vegetation.
