摘    要:以垦鉴稻5号和恳稻12为材料,采用负压式土壤湿度计监测上壤水势,通过防雨棚内的盆栽控水试验,研究了水稻返青至成熟期进行-8--10 kPa的间歇控水对寒地水稻品质影响.控水处理降低两品种的整精米率及各粒位籽粒的直链淀粉含量和消减值,提高了两品种各粒位籽粒的总蛋自质含量、球蛋白含量、谷蛋白含量、醇溶蛋白含量、最高黏度值和...
