我国农民专业合作社发展现状及对策

农民专业合作社是新型农业经营发展的重要方向,但在实际发展中遇到很多困境。该文从农民专业合作社发展现状出发,分析目前合作社规模偏小、服务层次偏低、内部运营机制不完善、资金短缺、良好外部环境未形成、专业人才匮乏等制约合作社发展困境。在此基础上,结合我国实际,提出要积极转变发展思路,鼓励联合和兼并、推动公司制股份制改革、健全法律体系创建良好环境、加快专业人才培养及引进职业化管理等等措施以解决目前合作社发展困境。

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Farmers' Professional Co-operatives

Farmers' professional co-operatives of our country are the important direction in the development of new type of agricultural management,but in practical a lot of problems encounter. This article embarks from the current situation of the development of professional farmer cooperatives,and analyses the current cooperatives' small scale, the low service level,imperfect internal operational mechanism,shortage of funds,not forming a good external envi?ronment,lacking professional talents,which restricts the development of the cooperatives. On this basis,put forward to change the development direction,encourage to merger and joint,promote joint-stock reform,and improve the le?gal system to create a good environment,speed up the professional talent training and introduction of professional management and so on to deal with the troubles.
