白菜和黄瓜中溴螨酯的残留方法研究

摘    要:建立了白菜和黄瓜中溴螨酯残留的测定方法。样品经乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化,采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器测定。实验证明,白菜和黄瓜中溴螨酯的平均添加回收率在87.6%~99.5%之间,变异系数在3.5%~8.7%之间,最低检出浓度为0.005mg/kg。

Abstract:An analytical method was developed to determine residue of bromopropylate in cabbage and cucumber. Samples were extracted using acetonitrile, then cleaned--up using florisil solid phase extraction cartridge, and determined by GC-ECD. The average recoveries of bromopropylate in cabbage and cucumber were in the range of 87.6%-99.5%, the coefficients of variation were in the range of 3.5%-8.7%, the limit of detection was 0.005mg/kg.
