| 摘 要： | 建立了白菜和黄瓜中溴螨酯残留的测定方法。样品经乙腈提取，弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化，采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器测定。实验证明，白菜和黄瓜中溴螨酯的平均添加回收率在87．6％～99．5％之间，变异系数在3．5％～8．7％之间，最低检出浓度为0．005mg／kg。

| Abstract: | An analytical method was developed to determine residue of bromopropylate in cabbage and cucumber. Samples were extracted using acetonitrile, then cleaned--up using florisil solid phase extraction cartridge, and determined by GC-ECD. The average recoveries of bromopropylate in cabbage and cucumber were in the range of 87.6%-99.5%, the coefficients of variation were in the range of 3.5%-8.7%, the limit of detection was 0.005mg/kg. |
