| Abstract: | From the economic basis point of view,the main characteristics of forest property right and the developing process of the property right in the south collective forestry are preliminary analyzed.The important defects in the present system of property right are pointed out.And the tendency of reforming the system in Fujiang,Jiangxi and other provinces is presented. |
