尿素—硫酸铵和蛋氨酸对山羊消化代谢的影响

利用3头装有瘤胃瘘管和12指肠“T”形瘘管的阉公山羊,比较研究不同日粮条件下消化代谢的变化。试验分3期:Ⅰ、基础日粮加10克尿素。Ⅱ、以Ⅰ为基础,并经12指肠瘘管灌注蛋氨酸3克/天。Ⅲ、基础日粮添加7.0克尿素加硫酸铵5.6克。各期日粮粗蛋白水平为15％。得到如下结果:瘤胃中乙酸摩尔比例Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期分别为:54.89％、56.40％、65.22％。乙酸/丙酸分别为:2.20、2.21、3.04,以Ⅲ期最高。进入12指肠的食糜量,非氨氮及微生物蛋白合成效率,Ⅲ期明显高于Ⅰ期,Ⅱ期居中。采食量、干物质、有机物消化率及氮贮留,Ⅲ期亦明显高于Ⅰ期。结果表明:日粮中添加尿素—硫酸铵,山羊的氮营养状况有明显改善,而且效果比12指肠灌注蛋氨酸更好。

EFFECT OF UREA,AMMONIUM SULFATE AND METHIONINE ON THE DIGESTION AND METABOLISM OF GOATS

Three castrated goats with rumenfistula end duodenal canula were used in this study. There were three treatments: 1) Basal ration plus 10gm urea, 2) Basal ration plus 10 gm urea and 3gm dl-methionine per day through the duodenal canula, and 3) Basal ration plus 7.0gm urea plus 5.6gm ammonium sulfate. The CP levels of all 3 treatments were 15%.Results showed that the molar ratios of treatments 1) through 3) were respectively, 54.89%, 56.40% and 65.22%.The ratios of acetic/propionic acidwere 2.20, 2.21 and 3.04. Amount of digesta, non-ammonia nitrogen and microbial nitrogen entering the duodenum, feed intake, DM and OM digestibility and nitrogen retention were highest for treatment 3) .
