摘    要:为进一步提高不结球小白菜的产量与品质,通过连续3季盆栽试验,探讨不同生物炭投入量对小白菜产量与品质的影响。结果表明,5%~10%生物炭投入量能显著提高小白菜产量,3季平均产量为4821~4840 kg/hm2。5%~10%生物炭投入处理小白菜维生素C含量也显著提高,3季平均含量为11.4~11.5 mg/kg;硝酸盐含量随着生物炭添加量提高而降低,其中15%生物炭投入后较不0%生物炭投入降低40.1%;可溶性糖含量在处理间不显著。总体而言,5%~10%生物炭投入能显著提高小白菜产量,提高维生素C含量,降低硝酸盐含量。

Effects of biochar amendment on the yield and quality of pakchoi, Brassica chinensis L.
Abstract:To increase the yield and quality of pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.), a pot experiment was conducted 3 times, and the yield and quality of pakchoi were deeply discussed when the different quantity of biochar was supplied. The results showed that 5%-10% biochar amendment significantly increased the pakchoi yields, and the average yield of the consecutive 3 times were 321.4-322.3 kg/667 m2. Meanwhile, 5%-10% biochar amendment also increased vitamin C contents, and the average contents of vitamin C were 11.4-11.5 mg/kg. However, more biochar amendment decreased the nitrate content of pakchoi, and we found that 15% biochar amendment decreased low to 40.1% nitrate content compared to 0% biochar amendment treatment. The soluble sugar contents were not affected by biochar supply. In summary, 5%-10% biochar amendments were suggested according to the higher yield, vitamin C content and lower nitrate content of pakchoi.
