高压共轨柴油机定转速柔性控制策略研究

摘    要:为实现高压共轨柴油机定转速运行,从控制技术上对高压共轨柴油机进行了研究,采用了先进的区间调速技术,并对经典PID控制算法进行合理改进,使得定转速控制策略具有柔性特点,进而开发出高压共轨柴油机定转速柔性控制策略。经多组发动机台架调试试验证明,该控制策略能够实现定转速控制。

Abstract:This paper studies the control technology of the high-pressure common-rail diesel engine,adopts the advanced interval speed regulation technology,and rationally improves the classic PID control algorithm,so that the constant-speed control strategy has flexible characteristics.And then it develops a high-speed common-rail diesel engine constant speed flexible control strategy.The commissioning tests of multiple sets of engine benches prove that the control strategy can achieve constant-speed control.
