摘    要:以某轿车等速万向传动轴为研究对象,其中间轴部分采用含芯棒旋锻,针对常见的三种锤头形状分别通过DEFORM-3D进行旋锻成型仿真,在给定的工艺参数下,研究其不同模具形状锻打对应的毛坯变形情况。将通过仿真结果得到数据进行处理后得到毛坯在不同锤头锻打时的变形图。最终得到毛坯的变形情况与锤头的形状有关,且三种模具都使得毛坯在锻打完成后达到了产品尺寸要求,为进一步提高传动轴的含芯旋锻质量提供一定的研究基础。

Abstract:Take the constant-speed universal transmission shaft of a car as the research object,and its inter-axis part is core rod rotary forging.For the three common hammer head shapes,rotary forging molding simulation is carried out by DEFORM-3D.With the given process parameters,the rough deformation corresponding to different mold shape forging is studied.The data will be processed by simulation results to obtain the deformation of the blanks in different forging.Finally the deformation of the blanks is related to the shape of the hammer head,and all three molds make the blanks meet the product size requirements after forging is completed,which provides a certain research basis for further improving the core-containing rotary forging quality of the transmission shaft.
