摘    要:电磁扭杆离合器工作沟槽既是离合器传递力矩的关键结构,又是影响弹性扭杆组件结合-分离的重要部位。以某新型电磁扭杆离合器为研究对象,提出了工作沟槽优化设计方法。首先通过理论分析计算得到钢球与工作沟槽结合状态时的接触应力;然后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行仿真验证,通过比较理论计算值和仿真分析结果,进一步对接触应力和压力角进行校核。结果可为下一步动力学分析做准备。

Abstract:The working groove is not only the key structure of the clutch for transmitting torque,but also the important part that affects the combination and separation of the elastic torsion bar assembly.Taking a new electromagnetic torsion bar clutch as the research object,the optimization design method of the working groove is proposed.First,the contact stress of the steel ball and the working groove is obtained by theoretical analysis and calculation;then,the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used for simulation verification,and the contact stress and pressure angle are further verified by comparing the theoretical calculation value and simulation analysis results.The results can be used for further dynamic analysis.
