| 摘 要： | 在镍电解过程中,导电棒表面光洁才能提高电解出来镍的质量.但是一直没有一种高效的机械刷光机对导电棒表面进行清理.利用无心磨削原理,设计了导电棒刷光机,介绍了设备的结构及功能,并用ANSYS/LS-DYNA仿真确定了刷丝的相关参数,通过试验得出在下压量为3 mm、托轮转速为100 r/min、刷光辊转速为600～800 r...

| Abstract: | In the process of nickel electrolysis,the surface of the conductive rod can be polished to improve the quality of the nickel produced by electrolysis.However,there has been no efficient mechanical brushing machine to clean the surface of the conductive rod.This article uses the principle of centerless grinding to explain the design of the conductive rod brushing machine,introduces the structure and function of the device,and uses ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation to determine the relevant parameters of the brush wire.When it is pressed by 3 mm,the speed of the idler is 100 r/min,and the speed of the brush roller is 600~800 r/min,the cleaning effect on the surface of the conductive rod is the best. |
