摘    要:超声变幅杆是超声振动复合加工工艺中超声振动系统的重要部件.利用特征参数进行理论计算对超声变幅杆进行了设计.基于有限元分析软件ABAQUS对阶梯形超声变幅杆进行了模态分析,得到了符合设计要求的模态振型及固有频率,进行了谐响应分析,针对结果中出现的变幅杆应力集中现象在截面突变处添加过渡圆弧进行优化设计.最后,分析了不同半径...

Abstract:Ultrasonic horn is an important part of ultrasonic vibration system in ultrasonic compound processing technology.An ultrasonic horn was designed by theoretical calculation of characteristic parameters.Modal analysis of stepped ultrasonic horn was performed based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,and the mode shape and natural frequency which meet the design requirements were obtained.Then harmonic response analysis was carried out and the ultrasonic horn was optimized for the stress concentration phenomenon in the result.The optimization method is to add a transition arc where the cross section suddenly changes.Finally,the relationship between the transition fillet of different radii and the natural frequency and maximum stress of the ultrasonic horn was analyzed.It shows that adding transition arc can improve stress concentration and avoid fatigue fracture to achieve the purpose of optimal design.
