摘    要:针对某重型拖拉机VCU(Vehicle Control Unit,整机控制器)的参数监测与标定需求,进行了基于CAN标定协议(CAN Calibration Protocol,CCP)的标定系统开发。选取了通信硬件,编写了标定系统的底层驱动程序和上位机标定软件。采用本系统对VCU的有关参数进行了标定实验。实验结果表明,所开发的标定系统能够实现对指定参数的监测与标定功能,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:To meet the parameter monitoring and calibration requirements of a heavy-duty tractor VCU(Vehicle Control Unit),a calibration system based on the CAN Calibration Protocol(CCP)is developed.The communication hardware is selected,and the low-level driver of the calibration system and the calibration software of the host computer are written.This system is used to carry out calibration experiments on the relevant parameters of VCU.The experimental results show that the calibration system developed in this paper can realize the monitoring and calibration functions of the specified parameters and meet the design requirements.
