罗汉松秋季育苗技术研究

采用随采随播方式和润砂贮藏与麻袋干藏种子进行秋季播种育苗试验,同时以先年生枝和当年生枝为扦穗,以柳枝浸泡液、蜂蜜水溶液、0.2%KH2PO4和0.2%KMnO4溶液为穗条浸泡处理液,进行秋季扦插育苗试验,结果表明:以随采随播方式和润砂贮藏种子播种的秋季播种育苗效果最好;以当年生枝为扦穗,以柳枝浸泡液和0.2%KH2PO4溶液为扦穗浸泡处理液的秋季扦播育苗效果最佳。

The techniques on seedling raising of Podocarpus macrophyllus in autumn

With the methods of sowing immediately while picking up seeds,and sowing with seeds storied by wet-sand or by sack,the experiment on seed sowing of Podocarpus macrophyllus in autumn was conducted.And the experiment on cutting propagation in autumn was also conducted with combination of cutting with 1-year-old or 2-year-old branch,and cutting soaking solution of willow solution,honey aqueous solution,0.2% KH2PO4 solution or 0.2% KMnO4 solution.The results showed that the treatment of sowing immediately while picking up seeds and seeds storied with wet-sand had better effect on seed germination in autumn than others.The treatment of combination of cutting with 1-year-old branch and willow soaking solution or 0.2%KH2PO4 solution showed the best effect on cutting rooting in autumn.
