蛹虫草菌保藏方法对其生产能力的影响

摘    要:蛹虫草菌的保藏方法对柞蚕蛹虫草的产量及活性物质含量影响较大,随着冷冻保藏时间的延长,蛹虫草菌注蛹后的生产能力逐渐降低;随着冷藏保藏时间的延长,蛹虫草菌注蛹后的生产能力及虫草素含量均逐渐降低。丰富培养基和PDA培养基中蛹虫草菌随继代培育次数的增加其生产能力均出现降低的现象,但PDA培养基中降低的速度较慢,故PDA培养基更适合蛹虫草菌的保藏。

Abstract:The preservation method of C.militaris has a great influence on the yield and the content of active substances of C.militaris,and the production capacity of C.militaris is gradually weakened with the extension of the freezing preservation time.The production capacity and cordycepin content of C.militaris after pupa injection decrease with the extension of the refrigerated storage time.In both rich medium and PDA medium,the production capacity of C.militaris decreases with the increase of times of successive culture,but the rate of decrease is slower in PDA medium,indicating that PDA medium is more suitable for the preservation of C.militaris.
