摘    要:利用二次回归正交旋转组合设计,研究了葡萄糖、蛋白胨、酵母粉、无机盐(MgSO_4,KH_2PO_4)对平菇菌丝的长速、干重的影响。结果表明:葡萄糖、蛋白胨、酵母粉、无机盐4种成分中,对平菇菌丝长速效应为葡萄糖蛋白胨无机盐酵母粉。对平菇菌丝干重效应为葡萄糖无机盐蛋白胨酵母粉,获得菌丝长速5.91 mm/d,菌丝干重109.84 mg/总量,用葡萄糖18.865~19.735g/L、蛋白胨1.83225~1.98975 g/L、酵母粉0.8685~1.6185 g/L、无机盐2.604~2.7000 g/L。
