摘    要:以卵磷脂作为芽孢杆菌属磷细菌菌株的有机磷源,研究了不同有机磷源添加时间和添加量对磷细菌生长和解磷的影响。结果表明:在迟滞期和指数期交接点添加卵磷脂,菌体的生长量和培养基中有效磷含量都呈现最低。卵磷脂的加量在一定程度上影响培养液中有效磷的终浓度,其最适加量为58μg/mL。

Abstract:Lecithin was chosen as the source of organophosphate for detecting the influence of organophosphate on the phosphobacteria(PSB) B.megaterium var.phosphaticum through the experiments of changing lecithin adding amount and adding time,the results showed that lecithin added in the takeover time of the lag phase and exponential phase would lead to the least growth of PSB and the least content of available phosphorus(AP) in the medium.The quantity of adding lecithin affected the final concentration of AP,the best initial amount of lecithin was 58μg/mL.
