| 摘 要： | 保护和改善生态环境 ,实现可持续发展 ,是我国现代化建设中必须坚持的一项基本方针。长江流域水蚀和风蚀面积已达到 6 2 2万km2 ,占流域总面积的 34 6 %。要深入贯彻实施水土保持法 ,有效遏制人为水土流失 ,必须继续加大水土保持法的执法力度。

| Abstract: | One of the basic principle for us to persist in our modernization construction is to protect and improve ecological environment and realize sustainable development. There are water and wind erosion area of 622 thousand km 2 in the Yangtze River basin which makes up 34.6% of the total area. In order to effectively control artificial soil and water loss and deeply implement the law of soil and water conservation, it is necessary to continuously enhance the law enforcement of soil and water conservation. |
