无角道赛特和萨福克肉羊胚胎移植研究

引进无角道赛特和萨福克肉羊，利用胚胎移植技术，加快良种畜群的纯种繁育进程。阜新市肉羊研发中心利用4年时间共超排供体羊99只，采集可用胚胎883枚，利用手术法移植受体羊850只，受胎558只，胚胎移植受胎率达到63．2%。研究结果表明：胚胎移植技术应用于畜牧生产进入商品化推广阶段是可行的。

Embryo Transfer in Polled Dorset and Suffolk

In order to accelerating the process of pure breeding, embryo transfer technique was applied in introduced Polled Dorset and Suffolk. Experiment to induce superovulation of 99 donor sheep were done by Fu Xin Mutton Sheep Research and Development Center in 4 years, 883 embryos were collected, 850 receptor sheep were selected and transplanted, 558 receptor sheep were impregnated, the conception rate was 63.2%. The result showed that commercial generalization of em- bryo transfer technique in animal production was feasible.
