摘    要:为研究不同纤维水平日粮对驴盲肠微生物木聚糖酶活性的影响,设立常规日粮组、高纤维日粮组和高淀粉日粮组,分别饲喂实验驴后,测定驴盲肠微生物木聚糖酶的活性并进行统计分析。结果显示,与常规组相比,高纤维组和高淀粉组对驴盲肠微生物木聚糖酶活性的影响均呈显著差异(P〈0.05)。


Effect of Different Dietary Forage to Concentrate Ratio on Xylanase Activity of Microorganism in Donkey Caecum
Abstract:The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of diets with different crude fiber levels on xylanase activity of microorganism in donkey caecum. The conventional diet group, high-fiber diet group and high-starch diet group were included in this study. The xylanase activity of microorganism of different groups were determined and statistically analyzed. The results showed that the xylanase activity of cecal microorganism of high-fiber diet group and high-starch diet group were significantly higher than that of the conventional diet group (P〈0.05).
