摘    要:断乳初期仔猪肠道乳酸菌群多样性容易发生改变,这种改变会使仔猪变得更加易感。乳酸菌和寡糖的饲喂可以促进仔猪肠道乳酸菌群多样性的恢复,更加有利于提高仔猪对肠道疾病的抵抗性。不同的益生菌种促进肠道乳酸菌群多样性的能力不同,这就为乳酸菌的筛选提供了一种新思路。另外,不同的寡糖也可被不同的益生菌所利用,因此,益生菌与寡糖的配合应用要有所选择。


Effect of Probiotics and Oligosaccharides on the Diversity of Lactic Acid Bacteria Flora in Piglets Intestinal Tract
Abstract:The diversity of lactic acid bacteria flora in piglets′ intestinal tract in early stage of weaning was liable to change, which made the body of piglets to be sensitive. The probiotics and oligosaccharides were able to promote the recovery of the diversity of lactic acid bacteria flora in piglets′ intestinal tract and to increase the defense of piglets to the intestinal diseases. Different species lactic acid bacteria showed varied ability, which provide new ideas for the screening of functional lactic acid bacteria.Additionally, different oligosaccharides could be fermented by varied lactic acid bacteria. Therefore, the combined application of probiotics and oligosaccharides was expected to be scientifically selected.
