摘    要:全面优化食品工程专业理论教学、实践教学模式,突出职业能力培养与实践;改革实践教学环节与理论教学环节的统一关系,开展教学、科研、生产实践一体化的教学活动,不断提高理论教学水平,加强第二课堂的科技活动,强化学生动手实践操作的能力。

Abstract:The pattern of theory and practice teaching should be optimized thoroughly in or- der to protrude the practice and training of professional skill; Meanwhile, the relationship between theory teaching and practice teaching ought to be reformed. We should develop the integrative activities of teaching, research, and practice so that we can improve the level of theory teaching, reinforce the scientific and technological activities, and strengthen the practical skill of studenst themselves.
