一期后矢状入路肛门直肠成形术治疗中,高位无肛（附5例报告）

１９９１～１９９３年６月，采用一期后矢状入路肛门直肠成形术治疗５例中、高位无肛病儿。结果：５例中除１例术后第２天因硬肿症死亡外，余４例术后大便控制功能与同龄正常儿相近（其中１例术后在熟睡时偶有少许稀便排出，但３个月后与正常儿相近）。讨论了该术式的可行性及优越性，并提出了适应征及注意事项。

ONE-STAGE ANORECTOPLASTY VIA POSTERIOR SAGITTAL APPROACH IN THE TREATMENT OF APROCTIA OF MEDIUM AND HIGHLY SEATED

Five cases of neonatal aproctia were treated with one-stage anorectoplasty via the posterior sagittal approach.The positions of the blind rectal pouch of 4 cases of them were located between the PC and l line, and the other one about 0.5cm above the PC line.And there was rectourethral fistula in 2 cases of them. (One case died on the 2nd postoperative day probably due to scleredema neonatorum. His body weight was only 2.5kg and malnourished.The fecal continence of the other 4 cases was similar to normal babies of the same year postoperatively,although one of them occasionally had a few thin stool evacuated during sleeping sound and became free 3 months after. The advantage and practicability of the procedure was discussed,and its indications and points of notice were given.
