摘    要:本文用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法.对中国农业科学院畜牧所的5个品系肉鸡进行了血浆淀粉酶(A_(mY)-1)、血浆酯酶(E_(■-1)和血浆转铁蛋白(Tf)3个位点8个等位基因的蛋白质多态性测定.计算其基因频率和遗传距离,并进行系统聚类分析.结果表明,品系间A×D_1、H×D_2、H×B的配套组合杂交较为合理,可望获得较强的杂种优势.

Abstract:Genetic variants of three blood protein markers including plasma amylase(A_(mY)-1), esterase (E_5-1) and lasma transfeerrin (Tf) (31oci, 8 alleles), fire strain ofmeat-lines, Tnstitute of Husbandary of chinese Acaolemy of gricultural sciences,Beijing, were determined by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Genefrequencies、enetic distances and hierarchical cluster analysis for these meat-lines werecalculate d. The results showed that ybridization interline A×D_1、H×D_2、H×B wasreasonable, and it suggested that the heterosis or ybridization amongabove-meantioned lines may be obtained.
