枇杷叶面积测定方法的研究

摘    要:本试验用方格法、鲜重法、纸重法、光电面积仪法、求积仪法、面积对叶长直线回归估测法、面积对叶宽直线回归估测法、面积对叶长宽积的直线回归估测法和面积对长宽积的系数直接回归估测法等九种方法,测定了白梨、解放钟、霞钟和太城四号四个枇杷品种的叶面积,其中以光电面积仪法测定的数据为标准叶面积(其测定的相对误差小于1%)。经方差分析证明,九种方法所测面积无显著差异,均可应用,而其中的直线回归法和系数法操作简便,不必摘叶。故本文给出的回归方程和系数有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:Nine methods were applied to measure leaf area of 4 Loquat cultivars in this study.The 4 cultivars were Bai li,Jiefangzhong,Xiazhong and Taicheng No 4 The nine methods applied were means of squarred paper, weighing fresh,weighing paper model of leaf,photoelectric area meter,planimetre,estimating by linear regression of leaf-area to leaf-length, estimating by straight line regression of leaf- area to leaf-breadth, estimating by linear regression of leaf-area to the product of leaf-length and leaf-breadth and estimating by the coefficient of leaf-area to the product of leaf-length and leaf-breadth .The data acquired by means of photoelectric area meter was considered to be the standard.It showed a relative error of less than 1%.The significance level of difference of area acquired by the 9 different measuring methods were tested by means of variance analysis.The result showed that there was no significant difference among the data acquired from the 9 methods. It indicated that all of them could be used to measure leaf area of Loquat.Among them means of linear regression and means of coefficient were much convenience to carry out because of keeping leaves remained on trees.The regression equation and the coefficient given in this paper have a fairly high level of practical applicability.
