芝麻不同抗性品种营养器官结构的比较研究

摘    要:对抗逆性强的芝麻品种河南1号和抗逆性弱的郑州油篓的营养器官结构进行了研究,结果表明:抗性不同的芝麻品种营养器官的结构具有明显的差异。耐渍性强的品种营养器官的主要结构特点是:根、茎皮层胞间隙面积大;叶肉细胞密度小;叶表皮气孔密度大。抗旱性强的品种营养器官的主要结构特点是:根、茎输导组织发达;茎皮层及髓面积大;叶厚及栅栏组织厚度大。同时,这些耐渍及抗旱的结构特征能综合表现在同一芝麻品种上,相互协调,共同作用,使该品种表现出既耐渍又抗旱的双重特性。

Abstract:A comparative study showed that there existed an obvious difference between thestructure of vegetative organ among sesamum indium varieties with different resistance. The strong water-resistant variety had the following characteristics. There was a hig areain the intercellar spaces of cortex. The density of mesophyll cells was small,but the laminaepidermis had much stoma.The drought resistant variety had the following characteristics.The root and stem had more vessels.The corcex and pith had a large area. The thicknessesof leaf and palisade tissue were bigger. These features can apperqr in the same sesamum in-dium variety which had both water resistant and drought resistant.
