摘    要:为探讨花楸种子的发芽特性,筛选出适宜于人工播种的种源及最佳的种子处理方法,对不同种源花楸种子的发芽率、平均发芽时间和发芽势等指标进行了研究。结果表明:不同质量浓度的赤霉素处理,花楸种子的发芽特性差异较为显著;一定质量浓度的赤霉素可以促进种子的发芽,但赤霉素质量浓度过高则会抑制种子的发芽。花楸种子的发芽特性与纬度显著相关,平均发芽时间与无霜期也有一定的相关性,其它自然因子对花楸种子发芽特性的影响不大。不同种源花楸种子的发芽特性表现出一定的差异性,长白和白河种源种子的发芽效果最好,而牡丹江和带岭种源最差。

Abstract:Germination percentage,germination capacity and mean germination time of Sorbus pohuashanensis seeds from different provenances were studied aiming to explore germination characteristics and select the suitable provenance for manual planting as well as the optimal seed treatment method.Results show that there are remarkable differences in germination characteristics of S.pohuashanensis seeds treated with different concentrations of GA3.A certain concentration of GA3 can advance seed germination,but high concentrations of GA3 restrain seed germination.The germination characteristics of S.pohuashanensis seeds are related with latitude,and the mean germination time is also correlated with frost-free period to a certain degree,while the influences of other factors are unobvious.There are certain differences in germination characteristics between different provenances.S.pohuashanensis seeds from Changbai and Baihe provenances exhibit the best seed germination performances,and then followed by Mudanjiang and Dailing provenances.
