降糖桑叶保健茶专(兼)用型桑树品种的筛选

摘    要:从200余份桑树品种(系)中筛选出含量高于当前山东主栽品种选792(对照)的8个品种,2015年重点对这9个品种1-DNJ含量、年产叶量、抗病性、耐瘠薄力性状进行了测试,结果表明:沂源黄鲁桑、青黄桑,1-DNJ含量分别比对照选792高19.69%、12.21%,方差分析达极显著水平(P0.01);年产叶量与对照相当,抗病性与耐瘠薄力也表现为中等和强,可以作为降糖桑叶保健茶专用型桑树品种或基础育种材料;选792桑叶1-DNJ含量排第九位,时下可以作为降糖桑叶保健茶兼用型桑树品种应用。

Abstract:According to the determination results of the 1-DNJ contents in 200 mulberry varieties (or lines),eight varieties which contents were higher than 792 (major cultivar in Shandong as control) were selected.The objective of this study is to analyze the contents of 1-DNJ,annual leaf yield and the disease resistance and barren resistance of the aforementioned nine species.The results showed that the 1-DNJ contents of YiYuanHuangRuSang and QingHuangSang were respectively 19.69% and 12.21% higher than 792 (P<0.01)and there was no significant difference in the leaf yields.The dis-ease resistance and barren resistance of YiYuanHuangRuSang and QingHuangSang were respectively moderate and strong.In conclusion,the two species can be used as special mulberry varieties of hypo-glycemic health tea or the basis of breeding materials.The content of 1-DNJ in 792 was ninth,it could be used as all-purpose mulberry varieties of hypoglycemic health tea in the current times.
