稻谷吸附与解吸等温线计算模型与模拟研究

摘    要:应用4种常用的农产品吸附与解吸等温线模型,对稻谷吸附与解吸数据进行了拟合,比较了其适应性.对GAB模型进行了求解,编制了相应模拟软件,实现了稻谷吸附与解吸等温线的计算机模拟,为稻谷储藏、干燥提供理论依据.

Abstract:Four most commonly recommended fitting models with adsorption and desorption isotherms were applied to the adsorption and desorption data of rice,and their adaptability were evaluated.Thus,the GAB model,one of the four models,was selected.The simulation software for GAB model was developed,and the adsorption and desorption isotherms of rice are simulated.The results provide fundamental data for rice preservation and drying.
