番茄耐低温材料离体再生体系的建立

摘    要:以筛选出的耐低温番茄TTI1103B-2为材料,以下胚轴为外植体进行离体培养,通过不同激素组合处理,诱导愈伤组织、不定芽及不定根的形成,建立其高效再生体系。结果表明,6-BA、IAA与愈伤组织的诱导和不定芽的分化有极显著差异性,诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+3.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L IAA,诱导不定芽分化的最佳培养基为MS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L IAA,最适宜生根培养基为MS+IAA0.2mg/L。

Abstract:Using the hypocotyl of tomato low-temperature-resistant line TTI1103B-2 as explants,the effects of different hormone combinations of 6-BA and IAA on inducing callus,buds,roots and transplanting seedlings were studied and established the efficient regeneration system.The results showed that there were significant differences between hormones and shoot inducing,and significant interaction between 6-BA and IAA.The best medium on callus culture was MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.2 mg/L IAA.The best medium on bud induction was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.1 mg/L IAA.The optimum rooting medium for the cultivar was MS+IAA0.2 mg/L.
