| 摘 要： | 维基Wiki作为Web2.0新的产物,是一种全开放的、有组织的快捷社区资源。以Wiki为技术基准、理念支持,探讨基于Wiki的图书馆参考咨询服务的发展模式,结合高校图书馆参考咨询服务的现状和未来,提出创新参考咨询服务的方式和方法。基于维基的参考咨询服务新模式也将为图书馆带来强大的作用和意义。
