The teacher professional point of view is the human who is engaged in teacher this occupation the psychological manner which displays in the work process,the teacher professional point of view is not only deciding the teacher's work mood,is also affecting teacher's work quality,simultaneously teacher's point of view will also have the function which to student's study point of view will influence subtly.The teacher interpersonal relationship is affects the teacher professional point of view the important attribute,this article tries from the independent institute teacher interpersonal relationship angle to discuss the independent institute teacher's professional point of view,and puts forward the improvement independent institute teacher interpersonal relationship proposal and the countermeasures.
