摘    要:研究了GA、NAAI、BA 3种植物生长调节剂对百合鳞片扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:GA 100 mg/L、NAA 150 mg/L和IBA 150 mg/L有利于亚洲百合品种精粹的鳞片产生小鳞茎,小鳞茎发生率高达100%。IBA对提高精粹小鳞茎级数有利,经IBA 200 mg/L处理后小鳞茎级数最高可达2.00。IBA 300 mg/L可提高兰州百合的鳞茎级数,达1.89。GA有利于亚洲百合精粹生成较大的小鳞茎,浓度以250 mg/L最适宜。经GA 100 mg/L、NAA 300 mg/L和IBA 300 mg/L处理后,兰州百合小鳞茎重量明显增加。

Abstract:The effects of gibberellic acid(GA),a-naphthlcetic acid(NAA) and indolebutyric acid(IBA) on scale cutting of lily were studied.The results showed that GA 100 mg/L,NAA 150 mg/L and IBA 150 mg/L were favorable to produce bulblets for Asiatic hybrids cv.Elite,and the rate of bulblet-producing was up to 100%.IBA was useful for improving the grade of Asiatic hybrids.The most grade of bulbs treated with IBA 200 mg/L was up to 2.00.The grade of Lilium davidii var.unicolor Hort.treated with IBA 300 mg/L was improved by 1.89.Treatment with GA was fittest to produce bigger bulblet for Asiatic hybrids,and GA250 mg/L was the most proper treatment concentration for improving weight of bulblet.The bulblets weight of Lilium davidii var.unicolor Hort.were increased obviously after treated with GA 100 mg/L,NAA 300 mg/L and IBA 300 mg/L.
