脂质体在生物领域内的研究进展

摘    要:从Allison首次报道脂质体具有免疫佐剂效应以来,脂质体在生物领域的研究取得了很大的进展,目前已成为生物领域内的一项高新技术。脂质体作为基因载体主要被应用于基因转染和基因组功能研究,并取得了较大的成绩。作为一种新的药物剂型,脂质体在生物药品的制剂技术中得到了广泛的应用,它除了用做疫苗的佐剂之外,还被用作激素类、多肽类、酶类等药物的载体,从而开辟了生物药制剂技术的新时代。尽管脂质体这种新技术在生物领域内具有极其广阔的应用前景,但脂质体在该领域的研究应用中存在着较多的技术难题。文章对脂质体在生物领域内的研究进展进行了详尽的叙述,可为脂质体在生物领域内的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:Since Allison found that the liposome has the effect of immunological adjuvant first time,liposome has made considerable progress and development. Now liposome has become a kind of high-technologies in biological area.As the gene transfer ,liposome has mainly been applied in research on gene transfection and research on function of genome.Liposome has made considerable progress and development in those two area. As the new medication-adjuvant,liposome has been widely applied in medication technology.In these area, liposome has mainly been used as the carriers of peptides.enzyme,hormone besides as the immunological adjuvant.This new technology pioneers the new era of medication-adjuvant.Although liposome has made considerable progress and development in the biological area,there are many technological tough problems have not been tackled.This article described the progress on liposome in biological area in order to provide some references for researchers who devote themselves to research on liposome in biological area.
