裂褶菌主要病虫防治技术初步研究

摘    要:对裂褶菌驯化栽培过程中产生的主要病虫害一绿色木霉和眼菌蚊进行危害调查及防治研究。结果表明:绿色木霉在裂褶菌的一、二级种和出菇前的栽培袋中的污染率分别为5.0%、9.4%、26.7%;眼菌蚊在袋栽裂褶菌中的危害随菇棚内相对湿度的增加而增大,在相对湿度90%以上时可达59.4%;筛选出的防治绿色木霉的方法是在裂褶菌培养基中加入0.5‰的杀菌剂施保功Wp;防治眼菌蚊虫害的方法是用防虫网覆盖和用32.5%乐农Ec或0.8%阿巴丁Ec的500~1000倍液在裂褶菌菇棚内喷雾。

Abstract:Surveying and studying the main fungal diseasea and insect pests in culture process of Schizophyllum commune,the result showed that contamination rate of Trichoderma viride were 5.0 percent,9.45 percent and 26.7 percent respectively in mother spawn,stock spawn and cultre spawn.The infestation percentage of Lycoriella sholani was 59.4 percent when relative humidity was more then 90 percent.The mothed of proventing Trichoderma viride was put 5 percent of Wp into medium.The mothed of proventing and cueing Lycoriella solani were by using of mothproof net or spraying 0.8 percent of Ec over the mushrrom house.
