摘    要:[目的]比较4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸的含量,为充分利用堇菜科植物资源提供必要的理论依据。[方法]采用紫外可见分光光度法,于325nm波长处测定4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸含量。[结果]绿原酸含量在0~0.024mg/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系(R2=0.9990),平均加样回收率为92.26%。4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸的含量分别为:辽宁堇菜19.40mg/g、毛堇菜17.09mg/g、紫花地丁14.09mg/g、深山堇菜10.95mg/g。[结论]4种堇菜科植物中辽宁堇菜绿原酸含量最高,达19.40mg/g。

Abstract:Objective] The chlorogenic acid contents in four kinds of Violaceae were compared,which provided an essential theoretical reference for making use of Violaceae resource.Method] Chlorogenic Acid content was determined at the wavelength of 325 nm by UV-visible spectrophotometry.Result] The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0 to 0.024 mg/ml(R2=0.999 0),the average spike recovery was 92.26%.The contents of the chlorogenic acid were 19.40 mg/g in Viola rossii Hemsl.,17.09 mg/g in Viola c...
