| 摘 要： | ［目的］比较4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸的含量，为充分利用堇菜科植物资源提供必要的理论依据。［方法］采用紫外可见分光光度法，于325nm波长处测定4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸含量。［结果］绿原酸含量在0~0.024mg/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系（R2=0.9990），平均加样回收率为92.26%。4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸的含量分别为：辽宁堇菜19.40mg/g、毛堇菜17.09mg/g、紫花地丁14.09mg/g、深山堇菜10.95mg/g。［结论］4种堇菜科植物中辽宁堇菜绿原酸含量最高，达19.40mg/g。
