| 摘 要： | 高校作为高水平篮球人才培养的重要场所,应创新教育机制,改革篮球人才培养与管理模式,借鉴世界体育强国尤其是美国的篮球人才培养与管理模式,继续办好CUBA联赛,适当增加CUBA的比赛场次,放宽参赛人员的条件限制,让更多的篮球人才参与比赛和锻炼,让高校真正成为高水平篮球人才培养的场所。

| Abstract: | As the important institution for cultivating the talented basketball players,the universities in China should try to innovate the educational model and reform the cultivating and administration system.The administration system of the PE advanced countries,especially U.S.A should serve as a sample.In addition,through increasing the sessions and raising the limits of the participants,more talented basketball players could be taken into the basketball matches,so that a large number of professional basketball players could be brought up for the whole nation. |
