城镇化对中国农产品消费结构的影响

摘    要:中国正经历大规模高速的城镇化进程,2012年中国城镇化率达到52.57%。在此背景下,中国农产品消费结构有明显变化,主粮消费量大幅度降低,副食和其他农产品消费量明显上升,这显示随着城镇化进程的加快,居民收入增加,生活水平改善,健康意识有所提高。城镇化发展改善了中国农产品消费结构,未来中国农产品消费结构趋于科学、合理的大趋势将不变,但是速度会加快。

Abstract:China is developing with a high speed of urbanization, whose rate reached 52.57 percent in 2012. In this context, the consumption structure of agricultural products changed significantly, an obvious reduction happened in the consumption of staple grains while the consumption of non-staple food and other agricultural products went up a lot, which indicated that with the accelerating process of urbanization, residents' income increased, living standards as well as health awareness have been improved. Urbanization development improved the consumption structure of agricultural products. In the future, the trend of the consumption structure to be scientific and rational will remain unchanged, but speed up.
