| 摘 要： | 采用醋酸纤维薄膜、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电脉及淀粉凝胶电脉对９１头福安水牛的血红蛋白、血清运铁蛋白和白蛋白多态性进行检测，并计算其基因型和基因频率，并发现５头血红蛋白３条带的变异体和１头ＢＸ型白蛋白稀有变异体。

| Abstract: | The polyacrylaide gel electrophoresis,acetate film and starch gelelectrophoresis were used to measure polymorphous of,hemoglobin,serum transferrin and Albumin in Fuan water buffalo respectively,and phenotypes andgene frequencies were calculated, and found that there are three hemoglobinvariation bands in five buffaloes and a BX type albumin variation band ina buffalo. |
