| 摘 要： | 利用TCBS琼脂培养基和科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基对细菌进行分离,采用糖分解试验、氧化酶试验、IMVi试验等生化试验鉴定海产品中副溶血性弧菌,为防治疾病提供依据。

| Abstract: | The isolation and identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from seafood was studied by several methods,including bacterial morphological observation,halophilic test,cytochrome oxidase test,indole test,lysine decarboxylase test,arginine digydrolase hydrolysis,Voge-Proskauer test and sucrose fermentation.Result showed that bacterium from seafood was identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus. |
